Contact Information Template
If you would like to upload your own image within the contact section, you must first upload a profile picture to the course files.
Upload profile picture
To embed your profile image within the Contact Information template, go to Course Admin > Manage Files.
Within Manage Files, navigate to the Images folder.
If there is no Images folder, you can create one by clicking New Folder.
Open the Images folder and click on Upload to add your profile picture. Drop or browse for your files, then click Submit.
File path location
Make a note of the path location of the image you uploaded. The file path follows this format:
/content/enforced/<your-course-name/code>/Images/<file-name.jpg/png>
Here’s an example:
/content/enforced/1234-AB_CourseName/Images/profile-picture.jpg
Be sure to save the file path location — you will need it later.
Editing the profile picture
Navigate to the Contact template page editor.
Once there, select the image, then Right Click and choose Image.
In the popup, update the Source with the file path you saved earlier. Then click Save.
Ensure the Width and Height are set back to 64.
Your image should now replace the Hanze logo, as shown below, without being stretched or distorted. If the image appears broken, reapply the template and try again.
